Employee was very kind. However, there was a clear lack of urgency. If you cannot train your employees to properly handle rush times, then you should staff your store better. We waited much longer than should have been necessary. And they forgot to frost my cookies in the 30 minutes it took to box them. Sincerely, a concerned customer

We visited on Monday this week and while most of the cookies were tasty, the staff was incredibly rude. We placed our order and she said it would take 10-15 minutes, no biggie. While ordering she was very impatient with us, even though we said this was our first ever visit. We felt rushed to pick cookies after learning that two we wanted were no longer available. When we returned all 3 employees ignored 3 of us standing at the register for over 10 minutes. We were there to pick up our order and two others behind us wanted to order. One girl was cleaning the table right in front of the register at the slowest pace I've ever seen, all while ignoring us. Another was making Dubai chocolate things during that same 10 minutes. She brought an offer of those to someone and never even acknowledged us, she was the one who took our order initially. The only girl who actually smiled was the one bringing over the finished boxes of cookies. I had to stop her after she handed off two orders, ignoring all of us and ask if ours was ready. I love their little store. They have everything sit up nicely. Not only that but when you walk in you can smell the Crumbl cookies. And when they make it they do a good job at showing you the cookies before you walk out. And they do a good job making sure it’s pretty and perfect before you walk out the store with it.

Crumble cookie is the best ever. The chocolate chip cookies are my absolute favorite their sugar cookies are amazing too. I just tried their new wedding cake flavor cookie I highly recommend that along with their blueberry cheesecake cookie. Staff is always quick the place is always clean it's a great work environment.
